WEIGHT LOSS THAT LAST |
|
Weight loss has become a real problem for many of us. It seems the older we get
the harder it is to lose weight, much less keep it off. Age, work and daily life
all play a major role in losing weight, however the myth that overeating is the
cause of weight gain is just that a myth. The key to weigh loss is not the amount we eat, rather the way we eat it. Although the amount we
eat may play a role in it for many of us, not everyone over eats. Instead we
tend to under eat. Eating less than a normal diet can cause your body to
retain the food you do eat for fear it will not get more. When we eat smaller
amounts more times a day we will boost our metabolism and increase the weight
loss. |
Diets
There are many diets out there. Some are good but mostly all are
built on the concept that we are overeating, or just no controlling the amount
of food we eat.
There is however no one telling us that overeating is not the
only thing that causes weight gain. If you eat once or twice a day your body will retain the
calories and fat because it knows your eating habits and fears it will go get
enough to burn off for energy.
